Pastor Samuda’s journey of faith began at the young age of 16, when he accepted Christ as his Savior.
Since that pivotal moment, he has been an unwavering member of the Waltham Park New Testament
Church of God, where he has dedicated his life to serving both God and the community.
Jason is a proud graduate of Bethel Bible College, Kingston extension, where he laid the
foundational knowledge for his ministry and personal growth.
As a Credentialed Minister in the New Testament Church of God in Jamaica, Jason is not only an
anointed man of God but also deeply passionate about empowering young people to develop
their faith and reach their God-given potential. He has devoted over 20 years to the Youth
Department at Waltham Park, taking on various leadership roles that include Youth Fellowship
President, Young Adult Ministry Director, Sports Ministry Coordinator, and School Evangelism
Leader. In his current roles as Youth Pastor and Sunday School Teacher, Pastor Samuda
continues to inspire the next generation, guiding them on their spiritual journeys and fostering a
vibrant community of faith.
Jason is also known for his outstanding skills as a Master of Ceremonies, bringing warmth and
professionalism to every event he hosts.
His love for youth ministry is matched only by his devotion to his family. He has been happily
married to his soulmate, Marion Samuda, for 21 wonderful years. Together, they are proud
parents of three incredible children: Janelle, Javier, and Jamar. Jason is dedicated to being a
loving husband and father, often emphasizing the importance of faith and family in his life.
In addition to his church and family commitments, Pastor Samuda is an avid football enthusiast
and a dedicated supporter of Chelsea FC. He enjoys playing the sport in his free time, finding joy
and camaraderie on the field.
Guided by his personal motto, “to know Him and make Him known,” Pastor Samuda embodies a
life of service, commitment, and faithfulness. His passion for sharing the love of Christ is evident
in all that he does, and we are truly blessed to have him with us today.
